Drip drop drip lil April Showers....

After the disappointment of missing the 'weather' themed challenge at Sweet Stampin, I've finally managed to find another one so I can enter this card featuring the gorgeous Tilda from Magnolia
Don't you just love her welly boots (they were just made for glossy accents!).
